Heinrich Aldenvorn opened a workshop in Stuttgart in 1996 with one rule: build to a standard, not to a price. Movement, case, bracelet — every part was specified to outlast the decade it was made in.
For twenty-eight years those watches reached customers one way only: through the European distributors who supplied independent jewellers. The workshop set the standard. The chain set the price.
That chapter is now closing. The remaining collection is being released directly — the first and last time an Aldenvorn is sold without a middleman.

A watch left the workshop at one figure and reached the customer at roughly four times that number. Every step in between — the distributor, the retailer, the showroom floor — took its share.
Selling direct removes those steps, and nothing else. Same movement, same case, same two-year warranty. Nothing was taken out of the watch to reach this price.
When the final unit ships, the workshop closes this chapter. There will be no restock and no second release.
